きれいに5枚の苞がそろったドクダミの花
路傍のあちこちでドクダミの群落を見かける。十字状の4枚の白い苞は花びらのように見える。きれいに5枚の苞がそろった花を見つけた (May 26, 2023)。珍しいので何となくうれしくなります。
見つける難しさ：5枚苞のドクダミ < 四葉クローバー << 四葉カタバミ（非常に稀）
I see colonies of the fish mint (Houttuynia cordata) here and there along the roadside. Four cross-shaped white bracts look like petals. I found a flower with 5 neat bracts (May 26, 2023). It’s rare, so it makes me happy.
Difficulty to find: Five-bracted Houttuynia cordata < Four-leaf clover << Four-leaf oxalis (very rare)
