2016年5月12日、船橋市にあるふなばし三番瀬海浜公園を散歩した。人の近づけない桟橋に沢山の鳥が休んでいた。 その中に白いアジサシの群れもあった。時々アジサシは飛び立った。群れて飛び立ったコアジサシは人の近くには来なかったが、1羽が近くを飛んで行った。アジサシは白いツバメのようだ。
On May 12, 2016, I strolled in Funabashi Sanbanze Seaside Park in Funabashi city. Many birds were taking a rest in the pier where people was prohibited to approach. There was a flock of white terns in the birds. The tern sometimes flew up. A flock of flew-up terns did not approach our watchers, but one of them flew close to us. The tern is like a white swallow.

コアジサシは海に魚を見つけると突入する姿勢を取る。
The Little tern takes up the stance for a plunge-diving for fish found in the sea.

コアジサシは魚めがけて頭から海に突入した。
The Little tern made a plunge-diving for fish.

海面から飛び出したコアジサシは魚をくわえていた。コアジサシは小さいので、捕った魚も小さいようだ。
The Little tern which jumped out of the sea surface had a fish in its mouth. The fish caught by the tern seems small because the tern itself is small.
