偶然、歩道で拾ったサラサヤンマ, Sarasaeschna pryeri picked up by chance on the sidewalk.
家族が、偶然歩道にヤンマトンボがいるのを見つけて拾ってきた。きれいな模様を見るとこれはサラサヤンマだ。なぜ、歩道に落ちていたのか分からない。羽化して間もなく飛んだが力が不十分で落ちてしまったのでは？近くのこんぶくろ池自然博物公園に持って行って木に休ませた。翌日見に行ったらいなくなっていた。
My family happened to find a dragonfly on the sidewalk and picked it up. Looking at the beautiful pattern, this is Sarasaeschna pryeri. I don’t know why the dragonfly fell on the pavement. It flew soon after emergence, but it may have fallen due to lack of strength. I took it to the nearby Konbukuro Pond Natural Museum Park and rested it on a tree. When I went to see it the next day, it was gone.
