2018年12月31日、水元公園を散歩した。あれ！公園の散歩道にルリビタキ（メス）がいる。 ルリビタキはオス、メスとも可愛いので野鳥観察者の間で高い人気がある。

ルリビタキのメスはジョウビタキのメスと似ているが、体側面はオレンジ色の羽毛で覆われ、尾羽の羽毛は青い。
