12月に入っても、まだアベリアの花が咲いている。もういないだろうと思っていたホシホウジャクも見かけた(Dec. 3, 2023)。ホシホウジャクがホバリングする時の翅の動きには毎回驚く。
Even in December, Abelia flowers are still blooming. I also saw a hawk moth (M. pyrrhosticta), which I thought would be gone (Dec. 3, 2023). I am amazed every time I see the movement of the wings of the hawk moth when it hovers.
