ツチイナゴ, Patanga japonica
柏の葉第2水辺公園の草むらでバッタを見かけた(Sep 13, 2024)。イナゴより大きく、頭部の特徴のある模様からツチイナゴのようだ。昨年の9月にも別の場所でツチイナゴを見た。この辺にはツチイナゴが多く生息するらしい。
I saw a grasshopper in the grass at Kashiwanoha 2nd Waterside Park (Sep 13, 2024). It is larger than a locust, and the distinctive pattern on its head makes it look like a Patanga japonica. I saw a Patanga japonica in another place last September. It seems that there are many of them living around here.
