2024年最後の満月は2024年12月15日に見られました。この日には木星が月の近くに見えました。木星は12月8日に「衝」となり地球からは満月のように明るく見えます。マイナス2.8等の明るさだそうです。500mmの望遠レンズで木星の写真を撮って見ました。拡大して明るさを調整したら縞模様が見えた。縞模様は2本見え、下の縞模様の所に大赤斑らしい模様も見える、驚いた。
The last full moon of 2024 was seen on December 15, 2024. On this day, Jupiter was seen close to the moon. Jupiter will be in opposition on December 8 and will appear as bright as a full moon from Earth. It is said to have a brightness of minus 2.8. I took a photo of Jupiter with a 500mm telephoto lens. When I enlarged it and adjusted the brightness, stripes were visible. I was surprised to see two stripes, and a pattern that looks like the Great Red Spot in the lower stripe.
