2016年6月27日、天気が良かったので前日に続いてこんぶくろ池自然博物公園を散歩した。前日、ここの小さい草原でサラサヤンマを見たので、 この日も継続して観察しようと思っていた。でもトンボは飛んでいなかったので草原や近くの湿原を注意して探した。 サラサヤンマを見つけることはできなかったが、草原周辺の木の枝に止まった1羽の小鳥を見た。 木の枝で小鳥の姿はよく見えなかったが、黄色っぽい羽毛が見えた。
On June 27, 2016, it was fine following the day before and then I strolled in Konbukuro-Pond Natural History Park. I was thinking to observe the dragonfly, Sarasaeschna pryeri, again following the day before in this small grassy plain. But I was not able to find the dragonfly in the sky, and then I searched it carefully around the grassy plain and neighboring damp plain. I was not able to find the dragonfly, but saw one small bird perched on the branch of the tree around the grassy plain. It was not fully visible in the branch of the tree, but a yellow-like feather was visible.

小鳥があたりを見回した時、顔も見えた。頭部は黒、眉斑と腹部は黄色、翼に白い班があるのでキビタキのオスのようだ。 小鳥は私を見たが気にする様子はなかった。小鳥は時々あたりを見回したが、1分間ほど同じ姿勢で木の枝に止まり続けた。 約1分後、小鳥は正反対方向を向いた。今度はほぼ全身が見えるようになった。
When the small bird looked around I could see its face. The bird will be the male of Narcissus flycatcher because the head is black, the eyebrow and belly are yellow and there is a white spot on the wing. The small bird saw me but was not shy of me. The small bird sometimes looked around, but continued perching on the branch with the same posture for about one minute. Approximately one minute later, the small bird turned to the contrary direction. Then, almost whole body was visible.
太陽光に照らされて、小鳥の鮮やかな橙黄色の喉と黄色の胸がとても美しく見えた。

これまでずっとキビタキを見たいと思っていた。谷津干潟公園に行ったとき、大砲レンズを持ったおじさんがキビタキの写真を撮ったと言っていたが、 私はその時見ることはできなかった。今回、偶然にも良い条件でキビタキに遭えた。この自然林にはいろんな野鳥が訪れるようだ。

キビタキは同じ姿勢のままあたりを見回していた。キビタキは私に気付いているはずだが、気にする様子は見えなかった。約1分後にキビタキは 隣接する林に飛び去った。小鳥はこの木の枝に止まっている間にさえずることはなかったが、単に休憩していたんだろうか？
